Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please return within 30 days of Receiving your order for 100% Credit for Product.

Please enclose a copy of your Order/ Invoice or Packing Slip in your return. Shipments returned without the Invoice or Packing Slip will result in NO CREDIT.

Your return must be in the original bubble wrap and two boxes that it was received in, in order to protect from damages from return shipping. Failing to protect your shipment may result in charges for replacement parts.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. For items returned more than 30 days from your order receipt date, there is a 20% Restocking fee deducted. 

RETURNS MORE THAN 60 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

All orders require an ADULT SIGNATURE upon delivery.  Please make sure that the delivery address is a location where deliveries will be received by an Adult.  Packages will not be left on a porch or at a job site.

We ship to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico from the website.  For other orders, please contact our office for assistance.

We do not collect Canadian duties and Taxes.  These fees will be collected by UPS upon delivery.

Your EVOline® order will depart our facility in Sugar Grove, IL at 12:30 p.m. Monday - Friday c.s.t.  Orders received after 11:00 a.m. will depart the next business day.

You will receive a UPS Tracking number after your order has been processed.  You may log onto UPS.com to track the whereabouts of your shipment.
